The leaders of Rockwood Homes, John Raptis and Pat Hiner, have worked together in Colorado Springs since 1993. John holds a General Contracting license and also oversees Finance and Land Development duties. In addition, he facilitates the Civil, Structural, Architectural and Governmental approval processes. Pat coordinates site development, working with subcontractors and scheduling to ensure timeliness as well as quality. We are located at the Southeast corner of Dublin Boulevard and Marksheffel Road.
Coming from the North, take I-25 S and exit at Interquest Parkway, exit 153. Then in 6 miles, turn right onto CO-21 S and take the Woodmen Road exit after 5 miles. Use the left lanes to stay on Woodmen Road, then turn right onto Marksheffel.
From the South, take I-25 N to exit 146, Garden of the Gods Road. Keep right to merge onto Garden of the Gods Road, then turn right onto Stetson Hills, then left on Marksheffel Rd.
